The Plot.

Distorted
The opening scene of our film is a flashback to the terrible events which take place in the film.
The little girl in the story’s parents died in a car crash on the way to a lake and she managed to get out of the crash alive as she was small and could climb out of the car before the car exploded. The little girl then has to live with her aunt who takes her to her parent’s grave for the funeral of her parents and meets a shifty looking man there who is trying to comfort her over her loss, she begins to notice he is gradually moving her away from her family and tries to walk away politely, but then the man gets violent towards her and drags her into the church. She struggles as he drags her up the church stairs where no one is about, the church stairs are dark, cold and frightening, she hits her head on one of the concrete stairs causing her to pass out. The man panics as he thinks he may of killed her, she starts to move slightly but doesn’t come round, he abuses the little girl violently and then leaves her on the church stairs not knowing whether she would live or die.
After this event, we see some of the mans life and how he lives, however, he begins to see the little girl everywhere he goes, guilt fills his life. Every time he saw the little girl she disappears again. This becomes very creepy and jumpy. Then one day, he walks his dog through the woods on a gloomy day then we see the girl following him, she stabs him and the dog runs away, he struggles and begs her not to kill him, after stabbing him she thinks he is dead but then he grabs her foot as she is walking away, she then turns around in fury and stabs him in the head, she drops the knife on the floor and it bounces by her feet, she got her revenge. The End.

We thought that by making our opening scene a flash back the audience will want to carry on to watch the film and find out why the man had died and what had happened to the little girl to make her like this.
The story is fairly graphic and contains the features of a horror film, the thought of someone watching you all the time will make the audience feel uncomfortable and nervous. The parts where the little girl appears would be jumpy scaring the audience. And also, there is gore in the film as she stabs him. It has a physiological aspect too as the little girl has been abused to a point of turning against everything and murdering the victim,This is what is needed to make a successful horror film.
